Excellent (Car Guru's)

Excellent. No pressure sales pitch. All emails were answered on a timely basis. Their customer service was 2nd to none. This included out of hours arrangements made by John to collect the car from another workshop after getting a new windscreen fitted so we could collect it on Sunday and to top that, I emailed John for some advice and within 2hrs and 40 mile round trip, he had dropped off a new battery. Well done.

Wholeheartedly Recommend (Autotrader)

I have recently bought a Mercedes ML from Grosvenor, the whole experience was straight forward and professional. The car was as described on their website and was delivered with a full service and 12 months MOT. The price offered for my part exchange was competitive and the deal put together was hard to resist. Both Barrie and John have been a pleasure to deal with, they dealt with the sale in an honest and open manner and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
